No running. Old Mill loop on the bike. 48 degrees feels a lot different on the bike than running. I've got gloves, headband, windbreaker, etc. Running I would be in a t shirt, shorts. 18.40 miles
No running. I finally figured out how to add 1.5 miles to the Old Mill loop to make it an even 20 miles. It added some climbing, but nothing wrong with that.
No running (or biking). I had an appointment with Dr. Cooper to look at my foot again. The walking boot had relieved the pain enough that I can go "boot free" for now. I'm supposed to watch it for a week just walking around. I can start to get back to putting some stress on it when I'm pain free for a week, but running will be in very small doses. I think I'm still a few weeks away from doing anything that resembles actual running.
