No running. I finally figured out how to add 1.5 miles to the Old Mill loop to make it an even 20 miles.  It added some climbing, but nothing wrong with that.

Jon--I've been wearing a walking boot for the last two weeks, trying to deal with plantar fasciitis and a possible stress fracture. Haven't run in about 10 weeks really. Just went to the doctor and I'm out of the boot, trying to continue with no pain for a while before resuming regular running.
