6x1600m at threshhold w/ 1:00 rests. Chose to do it on the track, which I regretted. The weather was awful -- 24 degrees with a steady 15 mph wind -- would've been better off going down to the trails for a little shelter. I was layered with two long-sleeve tops, gloves, and tights, and I never felt warm.
Regardless, the workout went well. I went 5:22, 5:26, 5:21, 5:25, 5:25, 5:22 and ended feeling not terribly stressed. I'm still a couple months away, but the fitness is getting there. I figure without the wind each rep would be roughly 3-5 seconds faster.
