11 miles up Huckleberry, a nice hill climb. Came back in the rain. I rolled my right ankle pretty bad in the first mile, but it seemed to hold together fine, so I'll just keep an eye on it.

Light hill workout today. 6x300m hill repeats, ranging between 60-65s, full rest (2-3min) followed by 2x300m on the track in 50s with full rest. The hill portion felt extremely difficult, with my muscles binding up halfway through. One step closer to being in shape.

5 easy down to bench and back. My right knee has been in pain since the end of my workout last night, so I took it slow and easy, wore my knee sleeve all day and iced after the run. It feels a bit better. I think the 1400s are too light a shoe to run as much as I did in them yesterday. Probably better do warmups and cooldowns in other shoes.
