I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

first speed workout in a whylle! we ran down to old man hills and did 2x 200 800 400 200. it felt okay. legs felt really sore and "rusty" but besides that it was allright

nice morning run then afternoon run was good too. i learned to stay in school. had to stop to go to the bathroom though...

nice quick run up into green springs with 3 miles in the morning and 6 in the afternoon. really getting sick of pooping though!! grrrr

really nice morning run

 we did  7 miles marking the corse for this saturdays race then went into the alien farm where i told everybody about marlar and his group of alien friends.

ran to the school with coach and added a mile after our morning run for a total of 7. it hardly felt like 7 though because it was nice and crisp this morning. it felt good. i have a campout today and tomorow so i did my whole run this morning

was suposed to do 10 miles today but i ate sooooo much junk food durring our campout that i could barely walk when i got home. my stomach hurt mucho alot!
