I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

did our long run out into the feilds. i felt pretty good considering the fact it was 10 miles! the last mile and a half weere the toughest parts though. i stoped when i was about to barf. i dident feel that it was worth barfing over so i just stoped and let my stomach settle. the only real problems i felt was my stomach and my breathing got pretty hard the last 2 miles or so. got home and drank a gatoraid so my electrolites are bueno:)
