So, 500 lbs now......is that 320 lb gain for you? Hard to get an actual picture of your size Burt. I'm picturing a 3 foot Yoda doing Jedi moves. I would pay a bunch of money to see a 500 lb Yoda doing light saber moves...

From Burt on Mon, Dec 17, 2012 at 14:40:15 from 71.216.109.214

I don't look 500 lbs. It's all packed in pretty dense. But I am without a doubt 500 lbs.

From ACorn on Mon, Dec 17, 2012 at 15:52:15 from 24.2.76.146

I admire your courage to attempt a run at your weight.

From SlowJoe on Mon, Dec 17, 2012 at 16:29:02 from 69.131.141.92

But how much of that 1.84 miles were you being carried by a forklift?

From Rye on Mon, Dec 17, 2012 at 21:04:17 from 71.220.178.212

Sure you don't look 500lbs.....wearing bathrobes around like that! Put on some stretchy pants...

From Burt on Mon, Dec 17, 2012 at 23:46:23 from 72.223.86.148

Thanks ACorn. It takes every ounce of courage just to walk out that door.

Joe - that question is not relevant. I refuse to answer.

Rye - I'm no Nacho Libre, but let's hope they have a one size fits all.

Keep up the good work. Forklifts are great, I use one all the time.

From Lily on Wed, Dec 19, 2012 at 11:46:59 from 67.199.178.95

Welcome back!

Just keep running even if its short. Remember, nobody likes a bigger arse. :-)

From Burt on Wed, Dec 19, 2012 at 15:41:25 from 71.216.109.214

Tara - Athlinks

Lily - I know some professional basketball players that do.

I'm a firm believer in goals for the new year. I know it sounds old fashioned to make "new year's resolutions," but it works for me.

From Burt on Mon, Dec 24, 2012 at 15:32:16 from 72.223.86.148

Julie - I've given myself the green light to eat whatever I want over the holidays and then go on a diet after the new year. But what resolutions could you possibly set for yourself? You never gain weight, so it must be to be more righteous than the prophet. You better be careful or you're going to get translated.

From julieesplin on Wed, Dec 26, 2012 at 20:40:00 from 75.169.177.242

Burt - I'm aiming to be the Spartan Champion in June and read The Book of Mormon once. I'm pretty sure the prophet reads it more.

I think there might be one other thing I'm not doing good enough to be translated, but I can't remember it right now.

From Burt on Thu, Dec 27, 2012 at 17:01:10 from 71.216.109.214

Spartan champion? Keep doing your pull ups!

From ACorn on Thu, Dec 27, 2012 at 17:18:55 from 24.2.76.146

I'm glad you're still with us and haven't been translated. I figure if the GAs and all the nuns and monks are still around then the rest of us don't have much of a shot.

From Burt on Thu, Dec 27, 2012 at 23:46:30 from 72.223.86.148

You underestimate yourself Adam.
