3 mile run at 6:30am.  It was already 89°.  I say already, but the truth is, I don't think it gets much cooler than that at night anyway.  The first two miles weren't too bad.  The last mile was blah!

oh man, I think the heat is sucking the love of running out of everyone.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 14, 2012 at 09:46:46 from 72.223.86.148

I know, but I need to get back to loving it, and soon!

From RAD on Tue, Aug 14, 2012 at 10:28:18 from 98.202.23.178

My advice is to stop being a baby. At least that's what I feel like Brent would say. No commando points for you!

From Burt on Tue, Aug 14, 2012 at 10:36:13 from 72.223.86.148

Grrr!! Curse that Brent!

Yea! (to the first two miles)

Nothing funny today Julie. Sorry. But I was going to text you to tell you that I ran.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 14, 2012 at 13:06:30 from 174.235.128.13

There. I did it anyway.

From The Quiet Pirate on Wed, Aug 15, 2012 at 07:24:05 from 71.49.55.78

But it's a dry heat :-)

I am with RAD, the heat can suck the fun out of running. So get a fun injector and pump your bad self up with it and get out there & run!

From Burt on Wed, Aug 15, 2012 at 10:02:54 from 72.223.86.148

QP - If it's a dry heat, then my injector must be pumping water into me instead of fun.

From baldnspicy on Wed, Aug 15, 2012 at 16:39:21 from 167.164.3.140

I might take the heat over a thunderstorm. That way you can wear short shorts all the time!

From Burt on Wed, Aug 15, 2012 at 17:27:01 from 72.223.86.148

We might get a thunderstorm tonight JWS. The other day it was 110 and there was a rainbow out. And the other day, a different day, it was 102 and raining. Gotta love AZ.
