well...started what was going to be a LR, but at 4 miles felt exhausted and slower as the run progressed. Gotta love days like these. I decided to take the workout inside. Did 2.5 miles on the elyptical. Then 100lbs. on bench 50 reps/3 sets. Did 2.5 miles stair climbing. Then 40 lbs. dumb bell press 12 reps/3sets. Glad to get a good workout in even though I felt lame today. I feel like I am recovering though and just listening to my body. |
