AM:  Met at Scott's.  Favorite loop around.  Mike, Scott, Matt, Reed and Toni for another good crew.  Went by to fast but enjoyable morning for a run...7:20'sAP...

PM:  Met Zak at PRT mouth 2up/2down.  easy miles.  Great getting to know Zak better.  Great runner and better dude...
