AM: Turkey Point loop with Matt and Riley who is down for the holiday. I was planning on only doing 5-6 miles. Fun to have Riley along and talk about the Ogden crew. Solid guy and runner. I was told to stop the weights by these two. Going to listen now and apply. Ran with these guys for about 6 and then cut the loop short and ran back to Matt's. Did 3 200 meter stride outs after the run at 5k pace. Legs feel decent. Looking forward to racing the 5k tomorrow... |
