1) Break 39 minutes for a 10K

2) Break 6:00/mile pace for a 5K

3) Sub 1:27 for a half marathon

4) Sub 3:06 at Boston

Long-Term Running Goals:

1) Continue running for fitness, relaxation and spiritual renewal

2) Possibly take a shot at three hours in the marathon

Up to bike path and back. Some squeaks and tweeks from the right arch area that worked out fairly quickly. One bathroom stop. Cool temperatures, some breeze in my face on the way home. Total time was 1:45.

Treadmill 1.75 warm up with 8 x 400 at 6:00 pace. Recovery 400 at 10:00 and then warm down. Felt good.

Progression run up to bike path and back with last three miles in 7:40, 7:20, 7:05. Liked the progression, but the effort was harder than I would have liked to hold the pace.
