Easy on Park Street out and back.
Seriously tedious run on the treadmill, but got the mileage in.
Nice and easy flat miles on Park Street.
Tempo run. 2 x 16 minutes at 6:51 pace. Felt pretty tight and struggled somewhat until the last four minutes of the second segment. Might have run the first half to one mile too aggressively.
Slow and steady recovery miles on the treadmill.
General aerobic miles along Park Street around 7:50 pace. Quads a little sore from the tempo run on Thursday.
