Fartlek-type run down Park Street and back with 10 x 1 minute pickups at 5K effort/pace. Most ended up being around 6:00 per mile or faster with the last two closer to actual 5K pace.
Threshold run. 2 x 12 minutes at 6:45 pace with three minutes slow jog active recovery. Tough headwind for the second segment. Pace felt a little more appropriate than last LT run the previous week. Flat course out Park Street and back.
