Long-Term Running Goals:
1) Continue running for fitness, relaxation and spiritual renewal
2) Possibly take a shot at three hours in the marathon
Progression run down Glendale and back. Last 10 minutes "moderate" at around 7:25 pace.
On the treadmill with varying pace and incline from 0-2.5% and 6.9 to 7.4 mph.
On the treadmill progression run with final 10 minutes at marathon pace (7:30).
Treadmill miles varying pace between 7.0 mph and 7.4 mph and the incline between 0 and 2.3 to keep things a little more interesting. Heart rate stayed under 150.
Progression run with last two miles at marathon pace.
Easy out Park Street and back around 8:20 pace.
