1) Continue running for fitness, relaxation and spiritual renewal
2) Possibly take a shot at three hours in the marathon
Progression run on Glendale. Average of 8:10/mile. Last 10 minutes at marathon pace.
Treadmill with three hill sprints thrown in. Cut short due to voting.
Easy pace on the treadmill.
Sore from playing soccer but easy pace.
Progression run on the treadmill with the last 10 minutes at marathon pace (7:30).
Outside Park Street out and back at average of 8:27. Legs still a little sore but loosened up.
