AM - 5 miles very easy in the first couple of miles - then did some 10 second pick-ups and one longer one.   Have a diagnostic heart cath tomorrow to rule out any issues.

AM - 3.25 miles with Finn before going to the hospital for the procedure.  Unfortunately they found a new blockage right near the prior stent.  80% occlusion.  New stent is in now and I am to be discharged later this afternoon.

AM - 3 miles walk/jog - kept the HR average right at 100 bpm and probably jogged as much as I ran.  Felt great and normal following yesterday's procedure.

AM - 3 miles - probably ran more than I walked - maybe 75% running/jogging easy.   Walked sharp uphills and averaged HR was just under 120 bpm.  Felt fine.   Just very cautious in my approach.

AM - jog/walk with Richie in Clearwater.   We came down last night for a wedding here over the weekend.  Richie drove from his place in St. Pete and we walked/jogged a little over 3 miles - Feeling better every day.

AM - 4 miles with Richie and Justin and a new friend of Richie's named Brian in downtown St. Pete.   They were planning a long run, and I just wanted to see some old running buddies for a few easy miles - they went on to run 18 at around 10 min pace - so, I circled back to my car as they continued on.
