PM - about 15 miles of cycling - beautiful day outside - and the effort was less taxing than yesterday - although obviously a good bit shorter.

No activity - running or cross training.  Long workday and business dinner following.

AM - cross training.  Indoor rowing and cycling on the indoor trainer before work.

AM - 2 miles of jogging on the golf course before work followed by some indoor rowing.  Spent a good while doing self massage and trigger point release of the peroneal muscles on the anterior and lateral side of my lower leg yesterday - which remarkably resulted in a significant decrease in pain and discomfort in the foot where the peroneal brevis and peroneal tertius tendons meet at the stylus of the 5th metatarsal. Good enough to try a run this morning even.  Did some stretching of the peroneal muscles before going out and fair amount of foam rolling after I finished.  Fingers crossed - I am on the mend.

AM - 2 easy miles in Gainesville- daughter number 2 graduates today from the University of Florida.  Magna Cum Laude - communications degree and minors in French and Italian.  Really proud of Miss Riley.
