Today I ran 3 miles. It felt good and my total time was 30:09. After my workout I did 3x 15 sit-up and 3x10 push-ups.
My original plan for the week was to run 15 miles and walk 5, and then next week run 20. I'm having a hard time motivating myself to do my workouts on the days where I'm going to walk because it takes so much more time, so I'm going to skip the walking and just get the 15 miles of running in. I don't know that the walking is benefiting me much anyway now that I'm able to run 2-3 miles each day.
