I got called off 4 hours into my shift last night so I got some sleep which made my workout today much nicer. I walked half a miles, ran 4 miles, then walked half a mile. I went to the river today. My total time was 55:19. My left shin has been hurting so I iced after my run. I work quite a bit next week so I'll have to be really good about making sure to get my runs done.
