Warmed up with Emily for about 15 minutes, did strides. My legs felt good, but I think the strides aggrivated my hamstring a little bit. The race went well. My first mile was 6:15, the second mile was a 6:30, and the last mile and a tenth was 6:35. The second mile had some uphill in it. My hamstring felt good. I wish I could have ran 20 seconds faster, but that's ok. Maybe next race. Then I cooled down with Emily and a few other people. |
