Today I had an awesome workout! We met at Sunnyside park and ran down to the track, did a mile of speed changes and then ran back to the park. Then we did 6x800 jogging 400 in between. We did them in the grass. My times were 2:56, 2:50, 2:51, 2:50, 2:48, 2:42. They all felt really good. My legs didn't get tired except for in the last two, and I wasn't really breathing hard in any of them either. I think I could have went faster in them, but I'm happy with my times anyways. Then we did a loop around the park for our cooldown. (Pegasus 280) |
