This morning we did a workout at Sugar House Park. We did a loop around the perimeter for the warm-up. Then we did the circuit to help us get warmed-up better. Then we did 5x1000 on a part of the state course. My times were fairly consistent but I think I could have done better. These were my times. 4:14, 4:14, 4:18, 4:14, 4:15 Afterwards we did a cooldown loop around the park. I need to remember to eat breakfast before workout, and to push myself out of the comfort zone during workouts. (Pegasus 44) |
