I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

AM- We met this morning at the JCC to run dry creek. We went 25 minutes out and then I came back in 15:10, for a total time of 40:10. My legs were fine, a little bit tired on the way up but coming down they felt fine. I'm guessing it was about 4.5 miles but I'm not exactly sure. (Pegasus 115)

PM- Ran at Sugar House Park. I just did a little bit of running here and there, and Demetrio wanted me to do a 400 so I did, and my time was 1:19. My legs are tired. (Pegasus 118)
