AM- I ran to subway and back from my house. 4 miles, 38:31
PM- I did 3 laps slow, then 2 laps of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then I stretched and jogged another lap. Then I did 16x200 with about 90 seconds in between. Here were my splits:

After the 200's we waited 5 minutes and then we did a 400. I did it in 1:20. Then we jogged a little bit for the cooldown. |
