One mile slow then a mile of speed changes. Then we did 3x200 jogging a 200 in between. My times were 38, 42, 38. Then we did 2x1200. My times were 4:42, and 4:41. Then we did a tempo 800 in 3:37, and a cooldown. It was a good workout but I'm frustrated because my times are not where they should be and every run kills my shins. |
