We jogged 2 laps and then did some stretching, then we did our regular warm-up of a mile slow and a mile of speed changes and then one lap easy. Then we did a relay with 3 people, each person doing a 200. The recovery between each 200 was just over a minute. We did 4 200's total my times were 40, 40, 39, 38. After the workout we jogged one lap slow. |
