Today we did a 2.5 mile warm up a mile of which was speed changes. Then we did 4x200. I did all of mine in 38. We jogged a 200 in between. Then we did 2x400. I ran a 1:24 then a 1:22. We had a 200 recovery in between. Then we did a relay and where we did 4 more 200's but I dont know what my times were for those. Then we did a mile cooldown. I was happy with the workout it felt good and i was glad I pushed myself through the whole thing. |
