AM- 4 miles, I ran to Old Mill and back
PM- Jogged 3 laps to warm-up. Then I did 2 laps of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then I did a mile. I was supposed to try and run it in 6:00, but it was really windy outside so it was more of a tempo mile. I ran it in 6:27. Then I did 2x800. I ran the first one in 3:01, and the second one in 3:02. Then I did 5x200. All of them were either 36 or 37 but the last one was 33. Then I jogged a little over a lap for a cooldown. |
