Today was a nice easy run. We jogged one mile on the track, then we did this thing to see how long we could run at a full out sprint without slowing down twice. The first time I only made it about 70 meters and the second time I made it about 90 meters. We did this to help us know when we should start our full out kick in races. Then we did 9x100 meter strides focusing on form, and a mile of easy jogging. |
