I ran 3 miles in 21:41. I could only do 3 because my feet hurt too much.

I ran 1 mile in 7:14. I ran by quarters which were flat, because the hills hurt my heels. But the flat course hurts the arch of my feet too. When I am done running my feet usually hurt for about 30 minutes after. It is usually my left foot that hurts more.I haven't ran basically all week because of it.
