What an adventure getting back to bowling green, much happened during the journey- and much continues to happen. I ran 3 miles in the middle of the day heat. Pretty rough. Warmed up a mile and then ran a 76/77 400m, then I half a mile (I think) before running a 5:38 1600m. Was just trying to get the wheels moving today. My goal was originally to run a 74 and a 5:55, but the 400m ended up being more of a primer. The 1600m felt pretty good. I'll probably do an easy run tomorrow or tuesday and then later this week I want to do an 800m under 2:30 and then a rest before a sub 11:30 3200m. |
