Oof that workout hit me hard. I've missed a couple days of asthma medication but got back on it today. I averaged a pretty quick pace at 7:15 while doing my typical run to the park and 6 spartan workouts. I do: Warm up to park Side climb on the outside of the rope bridge 3 times back and forth, two thirds of a mile, same rope climb, two thirds of a mile, Monkey handles with climb up and around the end of the bars to keep off the ground and then back the other way with 7 pull ups at the end. Longer run of about a mile. 30 burpees Third of a mile Army crawl Two thirds of a mile Monkey bars with 4 pull ups after going through to the end of the course, going backwards through the course with 3 more pull ups at the end. Run home Full workout of 4.2 miles and those 6 workouts took 39 minutes. |
