Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

2 mile warm up followed by 3 miles of mile repeats. Ran 1250m on 5:04 pace, and then 5:20, and 5:25. Could have gone better with the first one but not a bad work out. Ran in between and then cooled down a mile or mile and a half. Pretty sunburned.

I'm planning on 2 long runs and another speed workout this week, maybe 8 400s at 75 pace with 90 seconds in between. Also maybe an easy run. I'll see how it goes.

Amazing gully longer run plus some extra to get to 8. That's going to be a weekly event as long as I'm in utah.

Interval workout, quarter mile at goal 5k pace and then 75-90 seconds rest. Didn't get all the splits but they were around 77-82. Accidentally stopped watch instead of started a split a couple of times. Did 7-8 of them, but 2 of them weren't great reps because I realized I'd stopped my watch. Achilles feeling it a little. Need to go to a flatter course if I'm going to do workouts like that.

Little windy today, maybe running on Bengal boulevard was a mistake. 17 days left in the semester and then this summer will be all about my thesis, which I made some good progress on this week.

Ran the gully with zach, Brandon, and David. Felt good, had a great time with those guys.

Might do a little more later, I had a goal of getting to 100 this month but I think in the interest of being careful with the achilles I might just miss it.
