Interval workout, quarter mile at goal 5k pace and then 75-90 seconds rest. Didn't get all the splits but they were around 77-82. Accidentally stopped watch instead of started a split a couple of times. Did 7-8 of them, but 2 of them weren't great reps because I realized I'd stopped my watch. Achilles feeling it a little. Need to go to a flatter course if I'm going to do workouts like that. Little windy today, maybe running on Bengal boulevard was a mistake. 17 days left in the semester and then this summer will be all about my thesis, which I made some good progress on this week. |
