2 mile warm up followed by 3 miles of mile repeats. Ran 1250m on 5:04 pace, and then 5:20, and 5:25. Could have gone better with the first one but not a bad work out. Ran in between and then cooled down a mile or mile and a half. Pretty sunburned. Good day! I'm planning on 2 long runs and another speed workout this week, maybe 8 400s at 75 pace with 90 seconds in between. Also maybe an easy run. I'll see how it goes. |
