Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

2 mile warm up followed by 3 miles of mile repeats. Ran 1250m on 5:04 pace, and then 5:20, and 5:25. Could have gone better with the first one but not a bad work out. Ran in between and then cooled down a mile or mile and a half. Pretty sunburned.

Good day!

I'm planning on 2 long runs and another speed workout this week, maybe 8 400s at 75 pace with 90 seconds in between. Also maybe an easy run. I'll see how it goes.

Excuse me sir, but you are planning on too much exercise. Please be advised, exercise is dangerous and can lead to pain and sadness.

Also, Walmart has some nice Aloe lotion that'll fix a burn right up. Drink in moderation.
