Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Morning sauna for 25 mins at 185ish. I think I'll shoot for 6 miles today, workout for probably 8 tomorrow, and then just an easy 4 miles on Wednesday to get to 200 for December.
Warmed up a little over 3 miles with strides. Then did 5xK at 3:20 with 90 seconds rest. It was 16° so a typically easy workout felt kinda awful today. Splits were 3:25, 3:20, 3:20, 3:20, 3:18. Was kind of weird because the 4th felt the worst and then the 5th felt the easiest.
3 nile warm up and then did 3x(4 on, 2 off, 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off) in the mud and rain. Felt tough, I averaged 5:30-5:40 or so for the 21 minutes of fartleks. 25 minutes of sauna at 175-180 or so afterwards.
