Ran about 2.5 miles with a goal range of mid 6 minutes and averaged 6:22. Ran another 2/3rd mile segment at a 5:20s pace to break the segment record closest to my house. I will take over all the Strava segments in the area, starting with this one and expanding outwards in all directions until I am met with an unbreakable segment. I'm feeling really good, starting to drop a little weight. I ate a ton of food while building mileage and now I'm cleaning up my diet a little while trying to to maintain around 40 mpw. |
