Warmed up a little over 3 miles with strides. Then did 5xK at 3:20 with 90 seconds rest. It was 16° so a typically easy workout felt kinda awful today. Splits were 3:25, 3:20, 3:20, 3:20, 3:18. Was kind of weird because the 4th felt the worst and then the 5th felt the easiest. |
