Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Warmed up 3 mile warm up

4 miles at 5:55 pace. Felt good the first 2-3 miles and then got hard towards the end. The lungs are still having some trouble.

Mile in 5:22

2 quarter miles at 5:20 pace.

3 mile cooldown.

I warmed up and cooled down in my new Nike Structure 26 shoes and I'm a huge fan of them. It's kind of hard to predict what shoes I'll like until I've done some longer running in then, when I first put these on they felt blocky but they felt incredibly smooth today. Don't seem great for workouts but for 6:30-8 pace they seem amazing.
