Got out the door with the plan of doing 2 miles, my knee and achillles felt tight at first but felt fine within 10 mins of running. At some point I just decided to run all the way to the track. Once I was there I was feeling great so I ran 5 laps and headed back to my place. I felt like I could have gone a lot longer, it was a great run. 7:10 pace today. |
