Decided on a 2nd rest day because my legs are still beat up and I need to be careful about the achilles. Gully tomorrow. I did work up a sweat twice today, I played some soccer with my brother and got some jogging during that. According to the pt I met with about my achilles a year ago, kicking with my left foot will build up the muscle in my right hip that will take pressure off of my achilles. So... yeah I've been trying to do that. |
