Tonight's run felt amazing. I ran an out and back and had a good time. My body is still recovering I have a kind of drained feeling come over me after just 2ish miles that used to not happen unless I was on a really long run, so I think Coach Houles coming back easy plan is a good one. Still I can't wat to boost my mileage to 4/5. I have a blister/bite on my left foot that's giving me a little trouble. Not sure what it is, a big red bump. I will ask my dad to take a look at it. I probably actually ran like 4 miles today because I did a little running on a trail because I had to find my family at one point. I got to snorkel at tunnels and explore a hidden sea cave today so I had a great time. Not sure which beach I'm going to surf at on Wednesday. One with big waves, low amounts of coral, and no riptides. We'll see how that goes haha, it will be fun!
