Ran over to the psych building and then to the track. I did 2 800s in 2:24 with a full recovery between them. I was shooting for 2:30 for each so they were a little fast. The second one felt better. I think that's probably how I'll start out my attempt, if I run a 2:24 then I'll probably hit a wall and run like a 78-82 my 3rd lap and then it just comes down to a kick. |
