AM- 4 easy morning miles.

PM- warmed up two miles and drills, then we ran 3x600m hard with full recovery, 15 minute breaks. I ran 1:33 for the first, my legs have gotten out of shape for fast paces like that but I felt ok, the 2nd we had to stay behind our no.5 guy for the first 400m, he did a good job, I kicked the last 200 pretty hard for a 1:34, for the last one I ran 1:32, I started my kick too late, I should have started it at the 250, I will learn from my mistakes but overall a good workout! And after a day as hard as yesterday, possibly a great workout. In perfect conditions after an easy day this I am pretty confident I could do these in under 1:30! I felt pretty good after this workout, we did a cooldown afterwards. I want to see what I could run for an 800m right now, my guess is 2:00-2:04. I kind of want to break 2:00 in track this year but a 4:18 mile is my biggest priority. And after the mile, a sub 9:40 2 mile.

If you can run under 4:20, you can run under 2:00 :-) I bet you'd come close to break 2 right now. Nice workout.
