Kind of just guessing, I ran with tayte and we went from his house over to the gully down to amphitheater and back up to his house. The training I get with tayte is some of the most valuable training I do over the summer, past two days have been really solid runs, they've pushed me a lot and it's waking me up, feels like I've just been kind of going through the motions just running cause I needed to get back in shape but tough runs like these are so rewarding. Now I'm thinking of doing the d news 10k with some teammates and then maybe Jupiter peak that weekend. I think Jupiter peak will really prepare me for the season, if I can go sub 2 or even 1:55 there then that will give me a lot of confidence about my base going into the this year. |
