I walked 5.5 miles around town. (Towards the end of my walk, I actually jogged about 1 mile at a slow pace).

On my treadmill I walked 1 mile as a warm-up, then I jogged 3 miles at a rate of 4.6-5.8, then I walked 1.25 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 5.25 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 700 calories. 

Before jogging, I lifted my upper body at the Wellness Center.
