On my treadmill, I walked 1 mile as a warm-up, then I jogged 5 miles at a rate of 4.6-5.6, then I walked 1 mile as a cool-down. After jogging about 4 miles, my legs were mostly fatigued, and didn't feel very good. Total distance was 7 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 1,000 calories. |
