2 really fast on the treadmil, and 25 minutes on the elliptical at level 10.

7 miles total on the treadmill.

Starting to feel like I have a little more stamina.

I watched the NBA playoff classic moments while I ran today and hot stuff pizza ran next to me for awhile. 

 

I need to take a couple days off from running to heal, but I will return on monday or tuesday.

I've had a little bit of blood in my pee the last few runs, and after reading online it seems that it is a common ailment for some distance runners.  If anyone else on this blog had had a similar problem or know of other runners with this, please reply.

Had a baby blessing today in Saratoga Springs.

Played a little football, and took a nice nap when I got home.

Today I did elliptical for 45 minutes and rode bike for 10 minutes.

Ran 7 on treadmill at 2.5 incline

ran fast for 2 and then tried to be steady for next 5.

did some walking in between miles 4,5,6.

Felt pretty good.

U16 girls soccer game in Park City, then played Men's softball.

Then I fixed 6yr old daughters bike.

Busy day! Too tired to wake up early.  Need to run.
