Four Mile loop with a bunch of the guys at 7:00 pace. Pretty good day today nxr is getting closer..

Havent been on the blog in a while bc nxr lol but im back now

On wednesday did the two mile warmup with josh spencer and garrison then we finished up to five after stretching at a 7:20 average it was cold but we still took our shirts off.

met up with the guys and took the two mile route to the cemetary and then we got a grass mile in and then came back. Left for zona that night and stayed in page, played some mario bros and watched some sick basketball lol.

Drove from page to casa grande. picked up our packet, bought some nike swag, and then ran the course. It was way sick and the grass on the course was amazing. met up with the homies and ran a little with them which was way sick. Then we went and ate dinner at dennys and went to bed.

I slept great friday night and I wasnt nervous at all for the race on saturday which was wierd bc I always panic before races but I felt amazing, loose and hyped. We got to the course and warmed up a mile on part of the golf course. Then we went over and started the race. It was str8 up insane there was so many people in our race and shoving and pushing and dirt I thought I was gonna die first mile,  it eventually spread out tho.

Splits were: 5:28 first mile, 5:37 second mile and a 5:48 last mile finished at 17:47 (pr) it was amazing, stayed in a group with landon spencer and garrison the whole time and it was sooooooo sick lol.

Shout out to the girls team, mama and papa arnell/heaps, coach and greg for cheering great for us, it was cool to feel the energy they gave us.

Also shout out to the boys varsity team for their 8th place preformance, even though it wasnt the place they wanted several of them still had awesome prs.
