1hr 47 min run. started pretty slow but at mile 3 or so there's this 250ft climb in 1/2 mile and about half way up i saw a runner ahead of me. of course i got motivated and 5 sec from passing this person, the girl stopped at the top of the hill to either fix her ipod or maybe was doing hill repeats. anyways, that concentration of going faster got me in the groove. i decided to run on single track in huntington park today for a bit. ended up going 12.2

since haynes is keeping track of his weight i should be fair and let him know what i weigh to be fair. i wouldn't want to have an unfair advantage over him in the half marathon.

post run weight 160.2 lbs. i'm probably 159.9 if i was completely naked. it's nice to be here!

i think i've lost weight mostly because i've been too busy at work to eat 3x a week at bertuccis and have all you can eat rolls and a pizza every lunch. the subway diet ~4x a week seems to be working. i cut out the meal deal chips. i'm hoping to get down to 155lb in the next month.

Nice weight. But its not gonna get you very far if you aren't gonna do real workouts. But don't worry, Ill feel guilt and pity along with pride as I surge away from you and henry at mile 10 of the half...

Also remind me what road race under a marathon that you have ever beaten me in? Oh yes, none.
